On 20th December 2024, learners from Coombswood School embarked on an exciting educational trip to the Sealife Centre. The visit provided a unique opportunity for learners to explore the underwater world and discover how to care for a variety of sea species.
Throughout the day, learners engaged in interactive exhibits, learned about marine conservation, and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting our oceans. The hands-on experience was both educational and inspiring, leaving learners eager to share what they had learned.
Snita Verma, Principal of Coombswood School, commented:
“At Coombswood, we believe in learning beyond the classroom. This trip to the Sealife Centre allowed our learners to connect with nature, develop empathy for marine life, and spark curiosity about environmental conservation. It was a memorable day for everyone involved.”
The visit to the Sealife Centre reflects the school’s commitment to offering enriching experiences that combine education with real-world engagement.
